1. Cancellations on or before the entry deadline (Feb 10, 2017) will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations after February 10 and before February 21 will receive a $115 refund and a tournament t-shirt (we will have already incurred tournament expenses and ordered the t-shirts).
3. Cancellations on or after February 21 and before March 5 will receive $85 and a tournament t-shirt. At this point we have already paid for your luncheons, exhibition, tennis balls, t-shirts, and other assorted tournament expenses.
4. Cancellations on or after March 5 will not receive any refund but will receive a tournament t-shirt. We have had to pay for all of the tournament by this time.
And now for the worst case scenario……
If the entire tournament is rained out, we will still have the luncheons, camaraderie, fellowship, the wing party, and beer/wine. Everyone will get a t-shirt, but NO additional refunds will be offered.
Also, if your entry is returned due to the tournament being filled, you will receive a full refund.
